The moral dilemma

Every service or product provider has faced the dilemma of whether to provide the service or product that the customer wants, even though it's clear that it may not be suitable or even detrimental to them. At our company, we prioritize the needs and wellbeing of our customers above all else. That's why we take the time to understand their unique requirements and offer tailored solutions that truly benefit them. With our customer-centric approach, you can rest assured that you're getting the service or product that's right for you, and not just what's convenient for us.

This is a moral dilemma that is not easy to resolve, as it pits immediate financial gain against moral and ethical considerations. It is a legitimate dilemma, but what is not legitimate is when the service or product provider knows with certainty that what they are offering is not suitable for the customer and could potentially harm them, yet still chooses to offer it. Unfortunately, there are many examples of such behavior in the industry.

The most prominent example of such behavior is exemplified by companies like Gurtam (https://gurtam.com/). This is a company with vast experience and knowledge in the industry, and they know exactly what the implications of selling a local server are. They understand that such a server will always be inferior to an application running on an updated network.

They know that these servers are less secure than network servers. Yet, time after time, they respond to customer pressure to provide a local server, claiming it is safer. Everyone knows that local servers suffer from a long list of problems, including high initial investment, expensive maintenance, low stability, hardware upgrades every three years, storage in certain conditions, weak backup systems, low redundancy, and most importantly, very basic security compared to advanced security systems in network servers. And I am definitely not implying that some of these servers contain Trojan horses.

Despite the long list of drawbacks, the company still offers local servers and even entices customers with affordable prices to purchase them.

At Helios Tracker, we always prioritize the customer's best interest, not just their desires. We never faced any difficulty in upholding this principle, as we stood firm against even the largest clients with significant financial means. Our experience has taught us that local servers simply cannot provide the level of security that our customers demand. Unlike other services that come with endless challenges, our solutions provide peace of mind and unmatched security. Don't settle for less - trust Helios Tracker for top-notch service and unbeatable security.

At Helios Tracker, we're always striving to stay ahead of the curve and provide our customers with the most advanced and secure cloud-based solutions available. That's why we're proud to say that we were the first in the industry to offer an advanced, state-of-the-art cloud security system.

We hope that others will be able to internalize this message for the benefit of their customers and for their own benefit as well.
